Every possible precaution will be made to keep your pet(s) safe; to further insure your pets' safety, all pets in the care of Pets Not Home Alone will be provided a ID tag with our office phone number in case they were to wander off.
Key Management
Your keys will be safe with us. We number and identify them with your pet's name and store them under combination lock at our office. Each key number is then cross-referenced in a separate location so no one will be able to take your key and know which house it goes to; all house access doors are double checked for proper locking. By keeping a key in our possession, all it takes is a phone call to schedule your next reservation; also, if you get held up at work or decide to go out, all you have to do is call us, and your pets will be well cared for. If you request we can leave your key in a determined location outside after our last visit - just in case we need to make another visit if your plans unexpectedly change. We can pick-up or drop-off your key for an additional charge.
Hand Sanitizing
To help keep your pet(s) healthy and free of carrying pathogens, germs, and other diseases from other animals, we sanitize our hands before each pet sitting. This also suppresses potential smells your pet(s) may scent from other pets which will keep them calm and well-behaved.
